Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at the details below with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please first check your bank account and contact your card provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
