Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Valerian is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
